An eight-room apartment with a total area of ​​365.8 sq. m. is intended for permanent residence of a family of four.

The main composition of the premises: a two-room living room, an office, a kitchen, an entrance hall, two children's bedrooms, a bathroom, a bedroom, a gym, a storage room, a sauna, a shower, and a toilet.

The living room is a single space, conditionally divided into a living room (TV) area and a living room-dining room. The entrance hall divides the room for separate independent access to the living room and bedroom areas. The interior partition dividing the entrance hall into two rooms is dismantled. The apartment has three bedrooms, including two children's bedrooms, with separate access to each of the bedrooms, as well as having an additional connection through the bathroom and interior doors. The kitchen remains in the same place, which preserves the existing plumbing and utility connections.
